Janelle Adams

For over fourteen years, Janelle has dedicated her career to serving seniors, families, and senior living communities.  Earning her Bachelor's Degree in Social and Behavioral Gerontology has given her the foundation to her love of senior care.  Through her experience serving in Personal Care and Assisted Living as an Executive Director, she has earned certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Montessori Dementia Care Professional. While these accomplishments reflect her dedication to senior care, her proudest and most meaningful title has always been caregiver. She has seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to navigate care decisions, understand their options, and know the right questions to ask. 

Janelle created Next Chapter Advocates to bridge the gap between families and senior care. She believes every person deserves to be seen with dignity, compassion, and a trusted advocate when entering life’s next chapter.

Working directly inside senior living communities, Janelle understands what quality care looks like, from operations and staffing to compliance with state regulations. This perspective allows her to support families searching for the right environment while also helping senior living providers maintain the highest standards of care.

Whether she is guiding a family through a difficult transition or helping a community prepare for a successful survey, Janelle’s mission remains the same, to ensure seniors are supported, families are heard, and communities are prepared.
